At hakk.ae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Only regular-priced electronics are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition

Products returned after 30 days from delivery

Opened software or electronic items with broken seals
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@hakk.ae for further instructions.
Shipping Returns
To return your item, please mail it to the return address provided after contacting us.
