3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable VAT.

• Payment will be charged immediately upon placing your order.

• We accept secure payments via major debit/credit cards and other available payment methods at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping across the UAE for orders above AED 500.

• Orders below AED 500 will incur a flat delivery fee of AED 13.

• Delivery time is typically 1–2 business days in Dubai and 1–3 business days in other UAE cities.

5. Returns & Refunds

• You may return products within 30 days if they are unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

• Some items, such as opened software or damaged goods not due to our error, are non-returnable.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method upon successful inspection of the returned item.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
